FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why won’t my tracking information update?

Due to high shipping volumes, it may take longer for your package to be scanned at each point in the delivery process. Please contact the carrier directly for the most accurate updates. *At Shū Ibiza, we only have access to the same tracking information that you see.

I think my package is lost - what do I do?

If your package has been marked as delivered for more than 14 days, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us at info@shu-ibiza.com. If the package is already in transit, contact the carrier for help rerouting.

Can I change the products or scents in my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, reach out to us at info@shu-ibiza.com for assistance.

Can I cancel my order/get a refund?

Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a refund by emailing info@shu-ibiza.com. Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

When will [product] be back in stock?

I got the wrong product in my order - what do I do?

We’re very sorry! Please email us at info@shu-ibiza.com so we can correct the issue. If an item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the missing item. You may keep the incorrect item. For international orders, photo proof is required.

One of my products arrived damaged - what do I do?

We’re truly sorry! If you purchased shipping protection, please email info@shu-ibiza.com within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement. For international orders, we will refund the damaged item. Photo proof is required.
