Each candle is poured into a recycled bottle, carefully cut and polished by hand in our island workshop. We embrace imperfection. Slight variations in color or texture are part of the charm of upcycled glass.
• Eco-conscious packaging
It is gently wrapped in a soft cotton pouch, then placed into a kraft box, a simple gesture of care, from our hands to yours.

Approximate burning time: 50 hours

• For the first burn, allow the candle to melt evenly across the surface, ideally 2 to 3 hours.
• Don’t place a burning candle near clothing, books, curtains or anything flammable.
• A candle should not be burned for more than 4 hours at a time.
• A burning candle should not be used as a nightlight.
• Trim the wick to 0.5 cm before each use to avoid smoke.
• Always keep the candle in sight and away from drafts or flammable surfaces.

Processing
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

International Shipping

Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method.
